The Voith Group of Companies comprises the Corporate Divisions Voith Paper, Voith Turbo, Voith Hydro and Voith Industrial Services. The Voith Group is headed by Voith GmbH. It is referred to as an Operative Management Holding, since its Board determines and accounts for all general business strategies of the Voith Group. In this function it is supported by the Group's central Divisions.
